Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Quoth collects through tryquoth.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Quoth is a brand of Exoaris Digital Private Limited, India. Email: hello@tryquoth.com.
What we collect, and why
- Snapshot requests. When you ask for a free snapshot, we receive your company website, your category and your work email. We use them only to prepare your snapshot, send it to you and follow up about it. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you asked us to take before any contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and keep a record of our work together.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and protects it from spam and attacks.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers the emails sent by the snapshot form.
- Hostinger hosts our mailboxes.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep snapshot requests for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what our contract and tax law require. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@tryquoth.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
